Sitting by myself in front of my computer, I was LOL* while researching this column. My family didn't seem to pay any attention to me until they found me ROTFLOL*. Follow the sound of my laughter and join me on the Web.

This site comes with a stern warning "Whatever you do, do not go near the Black Hole! Stay away!" But of course, I was curious. I got a little too close, and then.... oh nooooooo!!!!!! I fell in. (If you don't think this site is funny, then we disagree.)

What's a Droodle? It's a scribble a friend makes up. It doesn't look like anything, so you have to guess what it is. Droodles are fun. You'll find a new droodle almost every week, and an archive of past droodles. Get into the spirit, and send in your own droodle.

From St. Cronan Boy's School in Bray, Ireland comes this collection of elephant jokes. I snooped around the school's site to see if the elephant had some significance (is it the school mascot?), but didn't come up with an answer. I enjoyed the jokes anyway. "Why are elephants wrinkled?" "Have you ever tried to iron one?"

Five-year old Kaitlyn fills her award-winning home page with jokes and riddles submitted by kids from around the country. It features a mixture of oldies ("Knock, knock." "Who's there?" "Boo." "Boo, who?" "What are you crying about?") and new material ("Where does a bird go when it loses its tail?" "The retail store."). Kaitlyn's sure to have something to tickle the funny bone of your youngster.
